County Executive
According to unofficial results, Steven Neuhaus was re-elected as Orange County Executive for a four-year term. The vote count is as follows:
- Steven Neuhaus (incumbent, Republican): 39,429 (57.9%)
- Michael Sussman (Democrat): 28,613 (42.1%)
District Attorney
David Hoovler secured re-election as Orange County District Attorney, also for a four-year term. The vote distribution was:
- David Hoovler (incumbent, Republican): 31,883 (53.2%)
- Alan Joseph (Democrat): 28,082 (46.8%)
New York Supreme Court Justice, 9th Judicial District
Eight candidates competed for four open seats on the New York Supreme Court in the Ninth Judicial District, which covers Orange County along with Dutchess, Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester counties.
