Harvard football has made a remarkable run this season, winning all seven games by at least three touchdowns. This dominant performance earned the Crimson the No. 9 spot in the latest Stats Perform FCS Top 25 rankings, marking the highest ranking in the program’s history.
In addition to the Stats Perform ranking, Harvard is also placed 13th in the AFCA FCS Coaches’ Poll, their best position in that poll since at least 2011. The Crimson rose in both polls following a convincing 31-10 victory over Dartmouth last Saturday, improving their record to 7-0.
This ranking is notable as Ivy League teams are eligible for the FCS playoffs for the first time this season. Harvard aims to extend their winning streak to eight with an upcoming road game against Columbia on Friday night.
“Harvard football’s dominant run in the Ivy League was rewarded on Monday with the No. 9 spot in the latest Stats Perform FCS Top 25 rankings, the highest in program history.”
