During ELF Beauty's second-quarter 2026 earnings call, Hailey Bieber's cosmetics brand Rhode became the center of attention. According to an AlphaSense transcript analysis, Rhode was mentioned 52 times — nearly once every minute.
This was the company's first earnings call since acquiring Rhode in August, in a deal reportedly valued at up to $1 billion if performance milestones are achieved. ELF has strong reasons for optimism: Rhode generated $110 million in net sales during the quarter, surpassing the $103 million it brought in over the entire first half of the year.
Part of this success is tied to Rhode’s September debut in Sephora’s North American stores, which marked the retailer’s largest regional beauty launch ever.
"I've been in the consumer space 34 years and continue to be blown away by what Hailey and her team are building,"
said ELF Beauty CEO Tarang Amin during the call, emphasizing the brand’s momentum and creative strength.
ELF Beauty’s acquisition of Hailey Bieber’s Rhode proved immediately fruitful, with record-breaking sales and admiration from leadership fueling strong quarterly results.
