The next expansion for From Software’s roguelike-souls-like, Elden Ring Nightreign, arrives sooner than expected. The new DLC, titled The Forsaken Hollows, will be available on consoles and PC on December 4, 2025.
Developer From Software revealed the release date during PlayStation’s State of Play livestream on November 11. The short announcement trailer, also posted on publisher Bandai Namco’s official X account, previewed new content and challenges for veteran players.
“In our war against the Night, every battle left a scar. These wounds were given will. A foul life, born of cast-away souls. Steel your resolve, Nightfarers. This hunt must be seen to its end.”
On the PlayStation Blog, marketing representative Miku Watanabe elaborated that the Scholar “gains incredible advantages through battlefield observation,” while the Undertaker “sends enemies to the afterlife with ruthless efficiency.”
The Forsaken Hollows launches globally on December 4, 2025—just in time for the holiday season.
