FromSoftware has officially revealed the Elden Ring Nightreign DLC, titled The Forsaken Hollows, during Sony's State of Play Japan. Set to launch on December 4, this expansion introduces two new playable characters and two new bosses for players to face.
Described as "an academic who walks the Lands Between," the Scholar possesses high arcane abilities and gains significant advantages by observing the battlefield, according to a PlayStation Blog post.
Not related to the WWE figure, this character is "an abbess who was mandated to slay the Nightlord." She combines notable strength and faith to dispatch enemies efficiently and ruthlessly.
The DLC will feature two new bosses, though official details are scarce. Fans are encouraged to look at the trailer for hints, as the official description offers no further information beyond the number of bosses included.
"A great cavity in the depths of Limveld. The hollow is strewn with exotic ruins and temples; sacred towers denoting the remains of an ancient people; and crystals that exude a cursed, life-draining miasma."
This setting hints at a mysterious and dangerous location rich with history and supernatural elements.
