Minnesota has reported two more measles cases, bringing the total to 20, with 18 cases being in children, according to the Minnesota Department of Health.
Last year, the state reported 70 measles cases, but none in 2023 until now. The two new cases involve unvaccinated children in Ramsey and Hennepin counties.
The Minnesota Department of Health said the children likely contracted measles from an unvaccinated adult.
