Arrest Made in Cocoa Teen's Ambush Killing
A 20-year-old man, Jonterich Smith, has been arrested in connection with the deadly ambush shooting of 15-year-old KaRyah Duncan outside a Cocoa restaurant.
Smith is charged with first-degree premeditated murder and two counts of aggravated battery with a firearm, and is being held without bond at the Brevard County Jail.
The Brevard County Sheriff's Office announced the arrest, and a manhunt continues for the second suspect in the ambush-style shooting that killed Duncan and wounded two others.
