Hull KR Pair on Verge of Rare History
Hull KR's Tyrone May and Jared Waerea-Hargreaves are poised to join an elite group of players who have won Grand Finals in both the UK and Australia.
May previously won the 2021 NRL Grand Final with the Penrith Panthers, while Waerea-Hargreaves has won three NRL Grand Finals with the Sydney Roosters in 2013, 2018, and 2019.
Adrian Morley is the only British player to have achieved this feat, winning with Sydney Roosters in 2002 and Bradford Bulls in 2005.
May and Waerea-Hargreaves have the chance to join the ranks of players to have won Grand Finals on both sides of the world.
