Google TV Streamer Update
Google has rolled out a new software update for the Google TV Streamer, delivering an outdated August 2025 security patch.
Since its launch last year, Google has released three previous updates: one in November 2024, one in February 2025 with a January 2025 patch, and one in May 2025 with an April 2025 patch.
The latest update, UTTK.250729.004, is now rolling out, but it is over two months behind the current security patch.
Google is a bit behind the curve
This update is the fourth for the Google TV Streamer.
