Fifth Adopted Child Sues Sissonville Couple
A new civil complaint has been filed against a Sissonville couple, Donald Lantz, 61, and Jeanna Whitefeather, 63, who were previously convicted in a historic child abuse, forced labor, and human trafficking case.
The guardian of the adopted child filed the lawsuit in Kanawha County Circuit Court, alleging "severe and outrageous" mistreatment that "went beyond all bounds of decency to be tolerated in a civilized community."
