A college professor, Stephen Geer, 44, has pleaded guilty to a deadly DUI crash that killed a Golden police officer and injured three others.
According to 9NEWS, Geer pleaded guilty just three months before his scheduled trial for charges including vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, third-degree assault, and driving under the influence! of alcohol.
The charges stem from a crash on Highway 58 last November, where Golden police officer Evan Dunn, 33, and his field training officer, Bethany Grusing, were struck by Geer's vehicle while responding to an earlier crash.
