Prosecutor Announces Additional Indictments in Street Racing Case
The Hamilton County Prosecutor, Connie Pillich, announced five new indictments in a street racing case involving over 60 suspects.
The investigation is ongoing into a group of individuals who have been riding dirt bikes and ATVs through the city, causing significant traffic disruptions.
Pillich stated that police have attempted to stop the group multiple times as they engaged in reckless behavior, including running red lights, riding on sidewalks, and blocking traffic while performing burnouts and wheelies.
- Five suspects have been identified and indicted by Pillich.
- The individuals were previously indicted on the same charges in September.
Pillich says the men indicted chronicled their activity on social media and in text conversations.
During the investigation, officers found over 4,000 video files related to the incidents.
