A judge has ruled that six previous acts of Tavaris Jackson, accused of killing his pregnant ex-girlfriend in 2023, can be presented as evidence at his upcoming trial.
Jackson, 35, faces charges of open murder in the death of his ex-girlfriend in July 2023.
Judge John Economopoulos stated that six of the nine acts sought to be included as evidence by the Michigan Attorney General's Office have relevance in the case.
