Jono Crute, owner of Crew Brew in Limerick City, arrived at his premises on Thomas Street to find a parklet being taken away.
Crute has run the craft beer bar since September 2020. The parklet was installed during the Covid-19 pandemic to encourage outdoor dining and drinking.
It represents about 25% of our revenue, the people sitting outside.
The removal of the parklet without warning has left Crute fearing for the future of his business.
