Increased Traffic at Victoria Avenue a Concern for Residents
Residents of Victoria Avenue are growing concerned about the increasing traffic volume on the road, warning that a serious accident is likely to occur soon.
The road is home to several attractions, including Victoria Park stadium, the new home of Guernsey football, Karting Guernsey, and several gyms located in the former Guernsey Bowl building.
- Residents are finding it almost impossible to find parking spaces due to the rise in traffic.

Since the football moved down here, I’ve never known it to be so bad, - said Martin Le Prevost, a resident of Victoria Avenue for nine years.
He noted that the worst time is around 5pm or 5.30pm on weekdays, with a high volume of people coming and going.
