Good Cause Awards
The Good Causes Awards will take place this Saturday in Killashee House Hotel, Naas, celebrating the work of projects, clubs, and individuals supported by Good Causes funding.
- Kinaffe Community Garden (Health & Wellbeing)
- Dragon Boat Club, Ballina (Sport)
- Western Care Association – Count Me In (Youth)
Nearly 30 cents of every euro spent on National Lottery games goes to good causes. The awards have 35 national finalists competing for national titles.
The total prize fund is €100,000, with each category winner receiving €10,000 and the overall Good Cause of the Year receiving an additional €25,000.
