- Deviled eggs with boquerones salsa, tart hibiscus pickled shallot, and guajillo oil for added heat.
- Creamy burrata on a bed of granny smith apple and pickled cilantro stems and mint, topped with salsa macha verde and served with house bread.
- Carpaccio with charred scallion, tonnato sauce, and fried shallot for intense umami flavor, finished with lime zest, fresh cilantro, and capers.
- Nopal and calabrian gremolata, served with breadsticks, adding texture to the dish.
These dishes feature modern plating while maintaining the restaurant’s playful feel.
