First Homebuyer Secures Property in West Warrnambool
A young first-home buyer has purchased a four-bedroom house in Beamish Street, West Warrnambool, for $592,000.
According to Ray White Real Estate agent Jason Thwaites, the bidding started at $540,000 and rose to $560,000, with a vendor bid of $570,000 and another bid of $580,000 before the final selling price was negotiated.

The sale was within the expected range of $549,000 and $603,000.
The buyer, a local man, successfully secured the property during the weekend auctions on Saturday, October 18, 2025.
