Reunification of Ab!ducted Toddler
A 3-year-old Alabama girl, Kionni Haugen, has been reunited with her family after being allegedly abducted by her mother, Haley Harris, and taken to Mexico.
According to investigators, Harris was tracked using her cell phone data, but Mexican officials initially refused to release Kionni back to the United States.

Lawmakers stepped in, and Kionni was finally reunited with her family on Oct. 4. Her father, Bryce Haugen, reported that the incident began on Sept. 21 when Harris showed up at his house, attempting to take the 3-year-old.
