Oxford Welcomes Polish School Pupils and Teachers

Oxford has welcomed 23 pupils and teachers from Jakub Jasiński High School No. V in Wrocław, Poland, as part of the Polish Culture Festival.

The visit, which took place from September 19 to 21, aimed to highlight the value of city twinning.

Oxford is a global, outward-looking city and was among the first to begin city twinning after the Second World War.

Councillor Louise Upton, Lord Mayor of Oxford, emphasized the city's commitment to the twinning movement.
