Damongo to Host Catholic Science and Technology University
President John Dramani Mahama has announced that Damongo will be the site for a Catholic Science and Technology University and a new regional hospital.
The two facilities will boost higher education and healthcare delivery in the northern sector and strengthen the government's commitment to expanding access to science, technology, and medical training.
Initial funding for the proposed university would come from a grant promised by the President of China
