Downtown Holland's Trick-or-Treat Event
Downtown Holland is preparing for its annual trick-or-treat celebration on Saturday, October 24, from 10 a.m.
The event will take place along 8th Street and side streets, with over 50 businesses and organizations participating, including those on College Avenue, Central Avenue, and River Avenue.
"It’ll be all along 8th Street, which is our main street, but also on our side streets.”
"We've told all of our businesses to be prepared with 2000 pieces of candy."
According to Kara de Alvare, Downtown Holland marketing coordinator, most businesses will set up shop on the sidewalk outside their stores to hand out candy.
