Manx Telecom and JT Group Merger Announcement
Manx Telecom Group and Jersey Telecom Group have agreed to merge, subject to regulatory approval.
The combined group will serve customers in the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and internationally, and will be supported by CVC DIF.
Plans include major investments in fibre, 5G, IoT, and managed digital services to drive innovation and growth.
The CEOs of both companies stated that the merger aims to strengthen service offerings and digital infrastructure.
