Both Nigeria and Benin Republic will be missing crucial players in their Group C clash due to suspensions.
Benin head coach Gernot Rohr confirmed that midfielder Sessi d’Almeida and defender Yohan Roche will not play after receiving their second yellow cards in the 1-0 win over Rwanda.
“We have lost two players because of a second yellow card,”
Rohr said, but maintained his team can handle the challenge.
