Keurig Dr Pepper Shares Updates For Plan To Split Into 2 Companies
Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) has announced a timeline to separate into two companies by the end of 2026: "Global Coffee Co." and "Beverage Co.".
This decision follows the company's acquisition of JDE Peet’s in August and its plan to split its soft drink and coffee businesses.

is how KDP CEO Tim Cofer described the plan in a statement.
The separation is a result of the 2018 merger of Keurig Green Mountain and Dr Pepper Snapple Group.
