The Alfa Romeo Junior Ibrida mild-hybrid is a small SUV that offers comfort and competitive pricing, but lacks engagement on the road compared to its all-electric counterpart. Introduced in the UK in early 2025, it shares its foundation with the Jeep Avenger and Citroën C4.
The Junior Ibrida is powered by a 1.2-litre petrol mild-hybrid engine, also found in other Stellantis small SUVs. According to the Parkers team, the Junior Ibrida stands out with its "slick" styling and driving experience, which is
far better than the Jeep Avenger and Fiat 600due to its well-judged balance between ride and handling.
An all-electric version, the Junior Elettrica, was released earlier.
