A Sinn Fein councillor has expressed her concerns over the lack of investment in Craigavon, citing it as a reflection of the Department of Infrastructure's (DfI) "disdain" for local representatives.
Councillor Catherine Nelson spoke to DfI Roads Service officials after their Annual Report presentation at a council meeting on October 27, stating she wanted to "vent her frustration" over the issue.
She felt there was "real underinvestment" in both central Craigavon and the rural Derrymacash and Derrytrasna areas.
