Rugby Wins Gold Award for 16th Consecutive Year
Rugby has achieved a blooming success, scooping several awards at the prestigious Heart of England in Bloom competition.
The town won gold for the 16th consecutive year, retaining the Gold in the Small City category. Additionally, Rugby was presented with the judge's discretionary award for Horticultural Excellence and the Heart of England in Bloom Overall Winner.
Rugby's entry in this year's competition, run by the Royal Horticulture Society (RHS), followed the national gardening competition's theme, 'Plants and People.' The submission included contributions from various groups, including:
