Mega Millions Jackpot Reaches $800 Million
The Mega Millions jackpot is approaching $1 billion.
The numbers drawn on Friday were 2, 24, 52, 66, 68, and the Mega Ball was 9. Since no tickets matched all six numbers, the jackpot for the next drawing on Tuesday is estimated to be $800 million, or $371 million if the winner chooses the cash option.
The jackpot has been growing since late June, when a winner in Virginia won $348 million.
