Pulp announce first Melbourne show in 13 years for 2026 Australian tour

Pulp Announce 2026 Australian Tour

British band Pulp will perform in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, as well as at the Adelaide Festival, marking their first visit since 2013.

Their eighth studio album, More, was released earlier this year. The band reformed in 2023, playing shows in the UK, Europe, and North America, reminding everyone of their importance in British music.

Unlike their 2011 reunion, which focused on back catalogue material, this time they are road-testing new material, including The Hymn of the North, written for Simon Stephens' 2019 play Light Falls.

The addition of new band members and a string section has given Pulp fresh energy without losing their unique sound.

The band's reunion has been a reminder of why they're considered one of Britain's most vital groups.

Author's summary: Pulp returns to Australia in 2026 with new energy and music.
