Family Charged with Assault on RPD Officer
A mother and her two children face charges after allegedly assaulting a Rochester Police officer responding to a domestic issue on Bartlett Street.
The officer was treated for head and face injuries at the hospital and remains out of work. The incident occurred on Friday at 3:45 p.m. when the officer attempted to arrest Kina Wilcox, 51, for custodial interference.
