Empty Stocking Fund Applications
The Empty Stocking Fund was a lifeline for a local mother of four, Stephanie Hall, last year.
Hall, a single mother, used the fund to provide Christmas presents for her children, aged 10, 8, 5, and 1.
With me doing everything by myself as a single mother, and paying all the bills by myself, I really don’t have any money left over.
With the (Empty) Stocking Fund, it helped me to be able to have that completed for my kids.
The fund brought joy to Hall's family on Christmas morning, a time that would have been difficult without it.
Applications for the Empty Stocking Fund will be accepted on Thursday, and Hall encourages other families to apply, saying
the help is there.
