The City of Brampton will hold two Remembrance Day events on November 11, including a parade and a remembrance ceremony at city hall.
The ceremony starts at 10:30 a.m. at Ken Whillans Square, in front of city hall (2 Wellington St. W.), near the Brampton Cenotaph.
There will also be a sunrise service at 7:55 a.m. at Meadowvale Cemetery Church (7732 Mavis Rd.).

The Beer Stores and LCBO outlets will operate with modified hours, opening at noon in Brampton.
City hall and some city facilities will be closed for the day.
Brampton Transit will run on its usual weekday schedule. Veterans displaying medals, berets, uniforms, blazers, War Veteran Passes, or service papers can ride free all day.
