Keandre Perry, 32, of Bryan, pleaded guilty to burglary of a habitation with the commission of sexual assault. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison and must register as a sex offender for life.
In September 2021, College Station police responded to a hospital report of sexual assault involving a teenage victim. The victim identified Perry, and officers found him at the crime scene, an abandoned apartment.
During the plea and sentencing, Perry also admitted guilt to other felonies, including domestic violence assault, theft, and drug possession.
Online jail records indicate this was Perry’s 23rd arrest over a span of ten years.
