Cardinals Expected To Start QB Jacoby Brissett In Week 6
Kyler Murray could still play, but the Cardinals are expected to start Jacoby Brissett at quarterback.
The door is open to Kyler Murray handling quarterback duties, however, it is unlikely. Jacoby Brissett is expected to start, as reported by ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Jeremy Fowler.
Brissett has made a pair of appearances this season, but has yet to make a start for the Cardinals. Murray was limited in practice on Friday after missing two days due to a foot ailment, a version of a Lisfranc injury, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Murray’s absence may not be limited to one game.
Brissett is expected to get the nod on Sunday.
