Virtual Cancer Screening Clinic Expands to Vancouver Island
CanScreen, a virtual cancer-screening clinic, has expanded its services to all of Vancouver Island.
The clinic, which was started in 2023 by two doctors in Victoria, aims to provide cancer screening services to patients without a family doctor.
To access the service, patients can visit www.canscreenbc.com to book a test, and the results will be sent to Dr. Stuart Bax for review.
Dr. Stuart Bax stated that the virtual clinic was started to address the challenges of booking screenings without a family doctor.
