The McMichael Canadian Art Collection, home to the world's most important collection of works by the Group of Seven, has selected Hariri Pontarini Architects for its museum expansion and modernization.
The project, a "transformative redevelopment" of its campus in Kleinburg, Ontario, marks the first major investment in the McMichael in over 40 years.
The McMichael is the only museum in Canada dedicated exclusively to Canadian art, and this revitalization will enhance its facilities.
