Acquisition of Manx Telecom Group
Manx Telecom Group, an integrated incumbent digital-infrastructure platform on the Isle of Man, is to be acquired by CVC DIF and Jersey Telecom from Basalt Infrastructure Partners.
The investment will be made through DIF Infrastructure VIII and is expected to close in Q4 of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
