The Athletic's Jim Bowden listed the Pirates as potential fits for several top 50 free agents, including Trent Grisham and Luis Arráez, to fill obvious holes in the lineup and bullpen.
Grisham is coming off a strong season with the Yankees, slashing .235/.348/.464 and setting career-highs in home runs (34) and RBI (74) in 143 games.
