iLuminate to Perform at the First Interstate Center for the Arts
Walk into any dance studio and you can sign up for various classes, from tap to hip-hop. However, studios that teach dancers how to perform in the dark are rare.
Enter iLuminate, created by dancer and software designer Miral Kotb. In 2009, Kotb developed a dance troupe that performs while wearing illuminated bodysuits.
iLuminate combines dance, light, and technology, making each performance unique.
Tickets are available through firstinterstatecenter.org for the show at the First Interstate Center for the Arts, 334 W.
