Candidates Vie for Delaware County Register of Wills
Incumbent Vincent Rongione, a Democrat, is being challenged by Republican Meaghan Wagner in the Delaware County Register of Wills race.
Rongione, 48, has served since his appointment in January 2024, replacing now Court of Common Pleas Judge Rachel Ezzell Berry. Prior to his appointment, he served as senior staff to members of the U.S. House of Representatives, Pennsylvania state representatives, and the mayor of Upper Darby, and as chief administrative officer for Upper Darby Township.
“As a lifelong Delco resident with a passion for public service, I am running because I truly believe that our government can and should be a force for good in people’s lives and because I enjoy serving my neighbors and my community,”
Rongione said, sharing his motivation for seeking re-election.
