Cineplex Community Day is celebrating its 13th year by offering free movie screenings across participating Ontario theatres on November 15. This event invites film lovers to enjoy popular films without charge and includes additional entertainment options.
Attendees can watch a selection of movies for free, available on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 9 a.m. in-person at the venues. The film lineup features:
Besides films, free gaming will be available at participating The Rec Room and Playdium locations, expanding the day's entertainment options.
“Cineplex Community Day is consistently one of my favourite days of the year, as we welcome guests from communities across the country to join us for a morning of free movies or to engage in some friendly competition at The Rec Room or Playdium,” said Ellis Jacob, president and CEO at Cineplex.
Discounted snacks will be available until 11 a.m., including a regular popcorn, a regular drink, and select candies for $3 plus tax. Cineplex’s XSCAPE locations will also provide free 30-minute non-redemption play cards or tokens for arcade games before or after the movies.
