Emmy winner Sarah Snook, known for her role in Succession, stars in Peacock's intense thriller All Her Fault, based on Andrea Mara’s bestselling novel. The eight-episode series premiered on November 6, 2025.
Snook plays Marissa, a self-made, successful wealth manager whose young son, Milo, goes missing during what was supposed to be a simple playdate with a classmate. Marissa and her husband Peter (played by Jake Lacy, known for Apples Never Fall) initially believe Milo is with the friend, but Marissa’s attempt to pick him up reveals he has disappeared.
As an executive producer, Snook shared her experience portraying the trauma of a missing child at a recent press conference. She explained the challenge of capturing the emotional reality without falling into exaggerated hysteria:
“It is high drama, but like getting into this hysterical, histrionic overreacting … like finding the kernel of truth in these things. Like, ‘What is it like to have your child go missing? What is that like?’ For this person like that, that was the hardest thing to constantly make sure that we were delving down into what is the truthful version of this.”
Snook also described the emotional intensity during filming:
“We’re during the first read through and I write on the first page: ‘Must find different ways to cry.’ Because I was crying all the time, dealing with what’s happening. Finding different levels of like, ‘Okay, this is level 10.’”
