Samurai Sword and Bladed Weapons Seized
A Christchurch man has been prosecuted for possessing a collection of bladed weapons.
William Lindenburn, 44, of Moorcroft Avenue, pleaded guilty to the offences, which took place at his home on August 3rd.
- A Samurai sword with a curved blade over 50cms
- A zombie-style machete more than 40cms long with a cutting and a serrated edge
- A butterfly knife
- A small knife disguised as a card
- Three "push" daggers
Magistrates ordered the seizure of the weapons, fined Lindenburn £120, and ordered him to pay £133 in costs and charges.
