Supercell Shuts Down Squad Busters
Supercell will end active development on Squad Busters and close the game in the latter half of 2026.
The game launched globally in May 2024, but failed to meet expectations, generating over $100 million during its lifetime.
- The final update will be released in December.
- In-app purchases are no longer available as of October 30th.
- Players who made a purchase in 2025 can request a transfer of their value to other Supercell games.
- Players can claim a free bundle for other Supercell games based on their playtime in Squad Busters.
The closure of Squad Busters will mark the first ever globally launched mobile game Supercell has shut down.
