According to jail records, Kirkpatrick was booked into Tuscaloosa County Jail and charged with three counts of reckless endangerment, one count of attempting to elude, and speeding.
A spokesperson from the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office confirmed Kirkpatrick's arrest and release on bond.
