Fire in Deerfield Beach Home
Fire crews rushed to the scene of a home on fire in Deerfield Beach early Sunday morning.
The home, located near Southwest Second Avenue and Second Court, caught fire around 6 a.m.
One of the residents said they were standing outside when the fire began.
Broward Fire Rescue crews arrived quickly to extinguish the blaze, using saws to cut out storm shutters that boarded up most of the windows.
