Lululemon Closes West Highland Store

Lululemon has closed its West Highland store after eight years of operation. The store, located at 3420 W. 32nd Ave, was opened in November 2017.

The company's stock has taken a hit, down 55% this year. Despite this, Lululemon has other locations in the Denver area, including in the Cherry Creek Shopping Center and Lakewood.

The closed store is now available for lease through Grace Property Management, with a base rent of $7,200 and additional triple-net expenses of $4,100 per month.

Lululemon did not respond to questions regarding the closure.
