This phrase aptly summarizes the chaos that ensued during the meeting. Despite the clear mandate for change from residents, politics as usual seems to prevail in Lackawanna County.
- Brenda Sacco was appointed to the board by the Commonwealth Court through a debated Home Rule Charter process.
- Sacco was sworn in on October 22 to fill the seat vacated by majority commissioner Matt McGloin, who resigned in February.
